A WAIVER MUST BE COMPLETED AND ON FILE FOR ANY PERSON (INFANT THROUGH ADULT) THAT ENTERS THE GYMNASTICS TRAINING AREA. All persons must sign the waiver prior to being permitted into the gymnastics area. Please click on the link below to complete your waiver. All waivers are valid for 1 year.
THE PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN must be the ones to fill out waivers for children. Aunts, uncles, siblings, grandparents etc are not permitted to complete this legal document.
We now have an electronic waiver and check-in system for parties (hosts and attendees) and open gym. Please take a moment to complete and electronically sign the waiver. It is quick and easy to do and if it is signed prior to your arrival, you can simplify the check-in process the day of your activity or event.
