The mission of the Martinsburg-Berkeley County Parks & Recreation Board is to provide a wide range of recreational and leisure opportunities through programs, services, and public facilities for all residents of the City of Martinsburg and Berkeley County for all ages and to work cooperatively with state, county, and city governments and organizations to promote recreation and open space development.
Our administrative staff takes on the task of ensuring our programs and facilities are held to the high standard you come to expect from us. Everything from organizing our leagues, promoting our events, and overseeing new projects, we have a dedicated staff that focuses on the success of our parks.
