Pavilion Rental Information

- Cost: $180 (Includes the Main Pavilion and the covered stage area)

- Seating: Main Pavilion and Stage Capacity: 300 people (note: tables are provided for up to 150 people at the Main Pavilion with additional seating of up to 150 people available on the Main Stage, upon request only. Unless requested by contacting our Administrative Office at 304-264-4842, the Main Stage is not automatically provided with picnic tables. This request must be made no later than one week prior to your reserved date.)

- IMPORTANT PARK GUIDELINE INFORMATION
- **Pavilion rentals for use April 1-October 31, 2024 can be done ONLINE or IN-PERSON starting at 8:30am on Tuesday, January 2, 2024. Please use the 'Pavilion Rental Details' button at the bottom of this page for additional information and procedures.
- HOURS OF USE
- A pavilion reservation is for the whole day (no hourly rentals) during normal park hours-DAWN TO DUSK. Please be aware that even though the permit you receive will show a rental duration of 8am-8pm, this is due to our reservation system requiring a start and end time and those time-frames are most common. However, when dusk occurs before 8pm, that overrides the permit time and you will need to leave the premises.
- REFUND POLICY
- If you cancel 60 days or less prior to your event, the full payment made is forfeited and no refund is available for any reason. NO RAIN DATES. Refunds must be requested 60 days or more from your reservation date. Any renter who cancels for any reason inside of 60 days from the reservation date will not be eligible for a refund, as mentioned above. Refunds will only be given inside of the 60 days IF M-BC Parks & Recreation is unable to provide the pavilion for use.
- *Pavilion rentals are for personal use only (i.e. picnics with family or friends, celebrations such as baby showers and birthdays, and the like, etc.). Any other use MUST have prior approval through the Parks & Recreation administrative office. Please call 304-264-4842.
