Rental Fees:

  • Peak Season (April - October): $300 per day or $800 per weekend (Friday-Sunday)
  • Off-Season (November -March): $250 per day or $600 per weekend (Friday-Sunday)
  • Weekdays (Monday-Thursday) all-year: $200 per day
  • Security deposit (refundable): $200 (This is in addition to the $300 Barn venue security deposit, if applicable to your rental)
  • Note: The Brickhouse venue will be offered to all Barn patrons first at the time of their booking. If declined, it will be available to the public as a stand-alone rental.

Rental Procedures & Payment Information

• The 1916 at PHF is available for special occasion events such as wedding party preparation, bridal showers, baby showers, meetings and similar such needs. This venue is not suitable for children’s parties or large events (over 20 people). Renters must be 21 years or older. If the individual wishing to rent The 1916 at PHF is between 18-20 years of age for use of the permitted special occasions listed above, a parent or legal guardian may rent The 1916 at PHF on their behalf.

• Rental for The 1916 at Poor House Farm Park is offered to Barn venue rental customers first. If they decline, that date is available to the public as a stand-alone rental.

• A non-refundable booking deposit of 50% is due on the date you call or come in-person to reserve the facility. The remaining balance, which will include the $200 refundable security deposit, is due 90 days prior to your event. We are unable to book your reservation without payment and a completed Rental Agreement. If you cancel your reservation 90 day or more in advance of your event, your deposit will be forfeited, but no further obligation is required. If you cancel inside of 90 days prior to your event, the full payment made is forfeited and no refund is available for any reason. You will be refunded for and the security deposit (minus any merchant fees, if applicable).

Amenities

 

• First–floor Bridal suite dressing room for wedding day preparations, TV sitting room, kitchenette and restroom.

• Second-floor Groom’s Lounge area with dressing room, TV sitting room, kitchenette, game room and restroom.

• Beautifully decorated and well-appointed.

• This is a non-smoking facility (to include the front and reach porches). There is a designated area located on the backside of the house with appropriate receptacle for disposal of cigarette debris.

• Heated and air conditioned.

• Both kitchenette areas have a full size refrigerator and freezer (no ice maker), a microwave and sink. There is no stove or warming oven for meal preparations. These spaces are suited for light refreshments.

• If you are using The 1916 at Poor House Farm Park for a special occasion, such as a bridal shower or baby shower and will need additional seating, at the time of your booking, please let us know and we will provide white plastic folding chairs (up to 10).
