During this introductory course, students will learn about philosophy, the foundations of poses (asanas), and work on breath control (pranayama). By the end of this course, students will be able to develop their own home practice and venture into the greater yoga community to sample other classes.
This course is specifically designed for individuals who have never taken a yoga class. Modifications will be given to accommodate all. Pam will strive to make all individuals feel safe and comfortable. Students do not need to be able to touch their toes, but they must be willing to try!
