NOTICE: Per the Governor's executive order, the gathering rule is now limited to 25 people or less (with social distancing being practiced). The 25-person limitation applies only to purely social gatherings. It does not apply to any activity, business, or entity that has been deemed essential, such as religious services, weddings, or group meetings, conferences, or other special events held for essential businesses and operations (as defined by Executive Order 9-20, as amended). Such meetings, conferences, or other special events will need to plan for social distancing between attendees based on CDC recommendations. **Please note that casual and social gatherings such as, but not limited to: family reunions, picnics, etc. are not permitted for groups of over 25 people in attendance.
Please bring Clorox or other sanitizing wipes with you to disinfect the tables/seats prior to use. Due to reduced staff at this time, we are unable to ensure sanitation between uses. The restrooms, playgrounds, and volleyball courts are open for use. When using the playground equipment, we strongly recommend washing your hands and/or using hand sanitizer BEFORE and AFTER use of the equipment.
Rental is for all-day use (parks hours).
REFUNDS: If you cancel 60 days or less prior to your event, the full payment made is forfeited and no refund is available for any reason. NO RAIN DATES. **COVID-19 SPECIFIC: The situation with COVID-19 is still very fluid and changing. We are unable to know what the situation will be when bookings begin or on the day of your rental, but as a rule of thumb this is our refund policy for ALL pavilion reservations: When you reserve and pay for a pavilion, you are doing so with the understanding that pavilion use is permitted with whatever restrictions in place due to the impact of COVID-19 at the time of booking and at the time your reservation is scheduled to occur. Those restrictions and guidelines are to be followed, as they are ordered by the Governor of West Virginia and by our local health department. You are also agreeing to and understanding that our normal refund policy of cancellation will remain in effect. Any requests for a refund must be made 60 days or more from your reservation date in order to be approved. Any renter who cancels, even due to COVID-19, made inside of 60 days from the reservation date will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will only be given inside of the 60 days IF we are unable to provide the pavilion due to closure making it unusable.
